Refund Policy

We’re always happy to refund customers if there has been an issue with your payment process or the machines have mis-vended. Just let us know what happened via the Get in Touch page and our team will be happy to help and make things right. We’ll need a few details from you to get this process started, so please ensure to include either a picture of the receipt, or if you don’t have this then we need the location of the machine, items you purchased, date and time of the transaction and the last 4 digits of your payment card.
