We're very sorry that you've experienced a problem with your order. Just reach out to our team via our online portal or our website and we’d be happy to help.


For us to start processing your full or partial refund, please submit a request here and attach a copy of your receipt for your purchase that was displayed on the screen after you collected your item. 


If you didn't manage to take a photo of this, don't worry, we can still help. All we'll need are the last four digits of the payment card you used, the machine location, and the approximate time when you made the purchase.


Please note, if you received the message "We've tripped up there" or another similar error whilst the vending machine was dispensing your selections, then you'll be refunded automatically. This may take up to three days to appear back in your bank account - if you’re still waiting on a refund after 5 days please reach out with the details noted above and we’ll be happy to look into it for you.
