We’re so sorry! It's rare, but with the nature of vending machines the products can get damaged during the delivery process. Don’t worry, we’ll of course reimburse you for the product, just reach out to our team via the Get in Touch page and we’d be happy to help.
If you can provide a copy of the receipt shown on the screen during the purchase that’s all we’ll need, but if you didn't manage to snap a photo, that's ok too - we’ll just need the last 4 digits of the payment card you used, the machine location and approximate time of when you made the payment in order to process your refund.
