Hello! We're taking a break over the holidays but will be back in the office from January 2nd. All refund requests between Dec 24th and Jan 1st will be picked up once we're back - to get your refund processed quickly please ensure we have all of the details below:
- Date and Time of purchase
- Machine location
- Items purchased
- Items required to be refunded
- Payment type (Amex, Visa, etc)
- Last four digits - if you paid via ApplePay or Google Pay please provide the last four digits of the device number which can be found in the wallet settings.
