Refund Policy

We’re always happy to refund customers if there has been an issue with your payment process or the machines have mis-vended. 


Just let us know what happened via the refund request form on our helpdesk which will help us to process your refund faster.


We’ll need a few details from you to get this process started, so please ensure to include either a picture of the receipt, or if you don’t have this then we need:


  • Date and Time of purchase
  • Machine location
  • Items purchased
  • Items required to be refunded
  • Payment type (Amex, Visa, etc)
  • Last four digits of the payment card


Please note: 


For all Google Pay payments we need the last four digits of the device account number. You can find your device account number by opening the Wallet App, selecting your card and at the bottom, tapping details virtual account number. 


For Apple Pay payments we need the last four digits of the Apple Pay number, which is different from the number on your payment card. To find this, open your Wallet App, select the card used and tap the ... symbol in the top right corner. Please select 'Card Number' and then provide the four digit Apple Pay number, rather than the Physical Card number.
