Something from my order is damaged.

We’re so sorry! It's rare, but with the nature of vending machines the products can get damaged during the delivery process. Don’t worry, we’ll of course reimburse you for the product, just reach out and submit a request here and attach a copy of your receipt for your purchase that was displayed on the screen after you collected your item.


If you didn't manage to take a photo of this, don't worry, we can still help. All we'll need are the last four digits of the payment card you used, the machine location, and the approximate time when you made the purchase.


Please note: 


For all Google Pay payments we need the last four digits of the device account number. You can find your device account number by opening the Wallet App, selecting your card and at the bottom, tapping details virtual account number. 


For Apple Pay payments we need the last four digits of the Apple Pay number, which is different from the number on your payment card. To find this, open your Wallet App, select the card used and tap the ... symbol in the top right corner. Please select 'Card Number' and then provide the four digit Apple Pay number, rather than the Physical Card number.
