Christmas Period Troubleshooting

Our Client inbox will only be monitored periodically on Dec 27th, 30th, and 31st. Our office is closed Dec 25th, 26th, and Jan 1st. 


If your machine shows a blank screen or Out of Order message, please try power cycling the machine by unplugging it for 30 seconds. Once it has rebooted completely (this may take a couple of minutes) please let us know if any issues remain.


Our drivers will still be visiting sites (with the exception of Dec 25th & 26th) so may be able to address physical issues.

If the machine is not vending correctly or the hatch will not open, please do try a power cycle, however if the issue persists (and you do not have a key for your machine) it will require an operator visit as there is likely a product blocking the lift. In this instance please request for us to Close the machine rather than leaving it unplugged to ensure it retains its temperature. 


If you have a key for your machine and it is not vending correctly, please ensure to check inside the hatch and above/below the elevator for any product or wrapping that may have fallen. Once this is cleared please restart your machine and it should run correctly.
