We're taking a well-earned break over the holidays but will be back in the office from January 2nd.
All refund requests between Dec 25th and Jan 1st will be picked up once we're back - to get your refund processed quickly please complete the refund request form here, and ensure we have all of the details below:
- Date and Time of purchase
- Machine location
- Items purchased
- tems required to be refunded
- Payment type (Amex, Visa, etc)
- Last four digits of the payment card
Please note:
For all Google Pay payments we need the last four digits of the device account number. You can find your device account number by opening the Wallet App, selecting your card and at the bottom, tapping details virtual account number.
For Apple Pay payments we need the last four digits of the Apple Pay number, which is different from the number on your payment card. To find this, open your Wallet App, select the card used and tap the ... symbol in the top right corner. Please select 'Card Number' and then provide the four digit Apple Pay number, rather than the Physical Card number.
